Preschool
The early childhood education program at Tiny Tot Child Development Center provides excellent experiences for young children that prepare them for kindergarten. Guided by The Creative Curriculum, teachers prepare a learning environment that is rich with materials and activities that promote early reading, writing, and math skills. Children are encouraged to develop their creativity in art, constructing with blocks, and dramatic play. Music, science, and sensory activities are part of the daily experience and help children expand their understanding of the world around them.
Children can attend Tiny Tots preschool from two to five days a week. The program is offered 12 months a year in conjunction with the other early education services, however, summer attendance is not required. The morning preschool session runs from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. The afternoon session begins at 1:00 P.M. and ends at 3:30 P.M. Tuition for preschool is based on the established part-day (less than 5 hours) rate.
