Hours

Our centers are open from 6:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Services are year round and the centers are closed on major holidays. Children enrolled in preschool attend from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. or 1:00 P.M. TO 3:30 P.M. Early Intervention services are scheduled from 9:00 A.M. to Noon.

Fees and Tuition

Tuition is based on the number of days enrolled each week, the number of hours attending, and your child's age. $25.50 per full day (5 or more hours) $17.00 per part day (less than 5 hours). Tuition for preschool is based on the part day rate. Monthly tuition is due in advance, half on the 1st and half on the 15th of each month. Parents are encouraged to pay for the full month on or before the first. A 5% discount is applied for families who do this.

Discounts

Families who enroll two children will receive a 10% discount for the oldest. We also accept subsidized payments from Child Care Information and Resource Services and the Office of Public Assistance. Early Intervention services are also provided free of charge to eligible children. Parents may use day care services before or after early intervention and on additional days. The regular tuition charges will apply.

Enrollment

To enroll in day care and preschool, call our Center at 724-774-4140. Children enrolled in our Infant and Toddler Early Intervention program, must be referred by Service Coordinators at the Base Service Unit (BSU) after an evaluation has been completed to determine eligibility. Parents should call the BSU at 724-891-2827 in order to schedule a screening and initial interview for these services. Children enrolled in our Preschool Early Intervention program must be referred by the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit. Parents should call the IU at 724-774-7800 in order to arrange for an initial evaluation and referral.
