- Mr. Robert L. Ritter, President
- Robert L. Ritter is the Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Lending Department for the South Central Region of the First National Bank of Pennsylvania. In his current position, Mr. Ritter's focus is on new business development and maintaining relationships with his current commercial customers. Mr. Ritter is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, with B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Operational Management. Mr. Ritter has previously volunteered for several nonprofit organizations including the American Cancer Society and the March of Dimes.

Mrs. Florence Krakoff, Secretary - Mrs. Florence Krakoff has served on the Board since March 1992. She was a long-term employee of the Western Beaver School District, and after her retirement worked at Beaver County Cancer and Heart Association. Her late husband, HAP founder and long-time president Sam, was honored in 1991 when the Adult Center was dedicated to his memory.

Mrs. Genevieve Fleeger - Mrs. Genevieve Fleeger, a Board member since April 1990, is a retired employee of Bayer Corporation (formerly Mobay Company, Inc.). Genevieve is a member of the Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church, where she serves on several committees.

Mr. Randy Forner - Randy was welcomed to the Board in August of 1998. Mr. Forner is Property Manager for F. G. Papa Associates. He also is a Realtor Associate with Prudential Realty in Beaver, working in that capacity since 1977. Randy's advice on real estate acquisitions as been invaluable. Mr. Forner served as president of the Beaver Kiwanis Club in 1980 and 1984.

Mr. Chris Malagise - Chris joined the board in January of 2007. He is a lifelong resident of Beaver County, who graduated from Ambridge Area High School in 1991. In 1993, he began his career with his family's insurance agency, Malagise & Associates, Inc. Malagise & Associates, Inc. is a full lines insurance agency with Chris focusing primarily on commercial insurance. He serves the needs of hundreds of customers in the Western Pennsylvania region. Chris is also a board member for P.U.S.H. Beaver County. P.U.S.H. Beaver County (People United in Shaping and Helping Beaver County) is an organization of individuals who live and maintain their businesses within Beaver County and hold annual functions to raise money and give something back to the community. Chris lives in Patterson Township.

Mr. Glenn Sipos - Mr. Glenn Sipos has been a member of the Board since his promotion to CEO in 1981. Glenn has been serving the people of Beaver County for almost three decades through various programs created by HAP Enterprises, Inc. He began his career in 1974 as a resident advisor at the first group home in Beaver County. Throughout the next decade, Glenn served in various capacities in HAP's residential services division, eventually managing the entire department. Under Glenn's direction, all of HAP's programs grew, with the company adding new group homes, expanding adult day care and becoming the largest provider of early intervention services in Beaver County. In 1996, HAP formed a partnership with the Beaver County Office on Aging to provide adult day care services to the senior citizens of Beaver County. HAP now operates two senior adult day care centers; one in Hopewell and one in Beaver Falls. Glenn is a 1973 graduate of Slippery Rock University with BS in Education. In 1977, he received his Master's Degree in Education from Slippery Rock.
